Design and launch of the leading free digital skills training platform for unemployed young people with a greater national scope and which is allowing the vast majority of its participants to start or find work. More than 500,000 students have been trained through 30 universities throughout Spain and it is in perpetual improvement and continuous evolution. Through the different courses, more than 61,000 people have found work or grown in their careers, and more than 32,500 companies have reported growth in profits, income or number of clients.
Combining online and offline training as well as theory and real cases that allow you to acquire enough knowledge to be able to find a job or start a business. For this, it is essential to have a capacity to design educational experiences as well as a deep knowledge of technology and agile methodologies.
The customer journey of potential users of the platform and their needs were analyzed. User knowledge methodologies were applied together with creative model definitions. Likewise, a global research on best practices was carried out. The result was a platform that meets the needs of future entrepreneurs or employees. Through face-to-face and online classes in a network of 30 universities throughout Spain. More than 40 companies from different sectors of the national economy were incorporated. Google Activate has also established agreements with Chambers of Commerce to help SMEs, offers 33 free online courses and has a wide network of collaboration and support with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
